By using LinkPosID services provided by PT LINKPOS DIGITAL KREATIF, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

When you interact with LinkPosID, we collect the following types of data:

• Account Data: Owner's full name, outlet/store name, email address, active WhatsApp number, and encrypted passwords.
• Business Transaction Data: Retail sales history, stock inventory management, specific bookkeeping records for banking agent transactions (such as amounts, store admin fees, transaction timestamps for BRILink), and daily cash shift balances.
• End-Customer Data: Information you input for transaction fulfillment purposes, such as phone numbers (for phone credit/PPOB reloads) or customer names within the accounts receivable (debts) module.
• Automated Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and server access log activities.

3. How We Use Your Information

All data collected is strictly used for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, maintain, and optimize the functional features of the LinkPosID cash register and automated bookkeeping system.
• To process secure subscription billing payments for the SaaS application.
• To send crucial operational notifications, including feature updates, billing statements, and system/server security alerts.
• To perform anonymized aggregate analysis for application performance improvements, technical troubleshooting (debugging), and infrastructure protection.

4. Data Protection and Sharing

We explicitly state that we do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your transaction history or personal data to any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.

We will only share information under the following limited legal exceptions:

• Trusted infrastructure partners (such as VPS/Cloud Hosting providers utilized internally) who are bound by equally strict data confidentiality obligations.
• Compliance with official law enforcement directives and formal legal regulations within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.

As the data owner, you retain full rights to modify, update, or request permanent deletion of your store's transaction history and account profile from our servers. This can be processed by submitting a formal written request via our official customer support channels.
